Essential storage

• Your cookie preference is stored in your browser and in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days.
• Appointment prefill details may be kept temporarily in session storage so they can be transferred to the booking page without placing them in the URL.
• Essential storage is needed for these features and cannot be disabled through the preference panel.

Measurement

Google Tag Manager is loaded only if you accept. It is a container that decides which measurement scripts run; on its own it stores nothing. Google Analytics runs inside it and records which pages are viewed, which forms are submitted, and which campaign brought you to the site.

Microsoft Clarity is loaded only if you choose to allow analytics. It helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. If you decline or later withdraw consent, the site sends a denied consent signal and does not intentionally load Clarity on a new page.

Advertising

The Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel is loaded only if you accept. It reports to Meta which pages you viewed and whether you submitted the consultation form, so that advertising campaigns can be measured and improved. Nothing is sent to Meta from these pages if you decline.

This is separate from the Meta script inside the booking calendar, which the calendar provider loads from within its own frame and which we cannot remove. That case is described in our Privacy Policy.

Embedded and third-party services

Appointment, video, and social-media services may use their own cookies or browser storage when you open or interact with them. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Change your choice

You can reopen the preference panel at any time. Blocking all browser storage in your browser settings may prevent appointment prefill and other essential features from working correctly.
