Description of services

Canadian Finance Academy provides capital architecture, financial education, and consultation services to incorporated Canadian business owners. Services include tax strategy design, estate planning, holding company structuring, and instruction in the Canadian-adapted Infinite Banking Concept through the SNIPER CAPITAL System™.

Eligibility

Our services are designed for incorporated Canadian business owners (CCPCs) generating $250,000 to $5M+ in annual revenue. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter binding agreements under applicable Canadian law.

180-day guarantee

If we do not complete the implementation of your strategy within 180 days of entering into our agreement, you are eligible for a full refund of our fees plus $1,000 to compensate for your time. This guarantee applies provided you have fulfilled all your obligations and supplied required information in a timely manner. Individual results vary based on each client's circumstances.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and proprietary methodologies such as the SNIPER CAPITAL System™ and the Millionaire Baby™ Account, is the property of ACADÉMIE DE FINANCE CANADIENNE INC. and protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canadian Finance Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Projected or estimated tax savings are based on general assumptions and vary with individual circumstances.

Regulatory compliance

Strategies presented on this website are designed to comply with the Canadian Income Tax Act and Canada Revenue Agency guidelines. We do not endorse or facilitate tax evasion, offshore schemes, or aggressive arrangements that are not compliant with Canadian law. Clients in Quebec are also subject to relevant provincial regulations, including those of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).

Changes and governing law

We may modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.
